At our Henley centre, our team are able to provide a range of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, Relationship Counselling, Integrative Counselling and Coaching, alongside specialist ADHD and Autism assessments. With therapists from a variety of professional backgrounds and areas of expertise, we’re able to support children, young people, adults, couples and families with a broad range of emotional, psychological and relationship difficulties.
